TeK Associates may collect information provided by users of this site in a database that TeK Associates uses to generate follow-up messages for TeK Associates’ use only, and to generate statistical reports concerning users of our site for TeK Associates’ use only. TeK Associates will always protect the personal information that you share with us. TeK Associates stores information internally in a controlled, secure environment. From any transaction you enter with us, TeK Associates will not retain your credit card number subsequent to the transaction at hand and will not use the number for marketing purposes. We currently provide an automated order form as part of our TK-MIP™ demonstration software that avails only hardcopy printout to be used by ordinary surface mail to entirely avoid on-line transactions.

TeK Associates may occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases, answering customer questions, sending postal mail and processing event registration. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

Phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and postal addresses are not shared for demographic reports with outside entities. Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or any legal process served on our website. The proceeding situations considered in this paragraph are entirely hypothetical but, never-the-less, had to be addressed.

TeK Associates’ products may require activation in order to authenticate licensed users. TeK Associates’ TK-MIP Activation System does not collect or utilize personal information, such as your name and contact information, and does not associate activation data with registration data.

Security is one of our highest priorities, and TeK Associates understands that security is important to our customers as well.
